Java Developer - Mid-Level needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Mansfield Texas.

What You'll Be Doing:
- The Internet Business team is responsible for multiple Ecommerce and Back Office applications written on various development platforms. The Java Developer analyzes, designs, codes, debugs, assists in testing and documents software.
- Participates in all phases of the software development cycle and is responsible for new and existing applications.
- Responds quickly to issues brought by customers and employees.
- Evaluates new or modified programs based on business needs and produce and present the technical specifications that they create for architectural review.
- Designs, codes, and implements complex applications using Java, Visual Studio 2008/2010, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, and other Web technologies.
- Designs and Develops Real Time applications for use in a multiplatform environment supporting globalization.
- Should be able to plan, schedule, and conduct thorough unit and integration system tests; monitors test results; and takes required corrective action in collaboration with other team members. Be able to support QA testing.
- Designs and Develops configurations for complex solutions for existing or new applications
- Designs, develops, tests and implements Solutions based on latest technologies, techniques and market trends.
- Must train or guide other developers on new or existing applications and current technology trends.
- Must participate in code reviews.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two to four (2 - 4) years' experience in Java Development.
- Strong knowledge of JAVA/J2EE Applications, JDK 1.5 & 1.6, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Good understanding of relational databases including the use of SQL statements and JDBC.
- Working Knowledge of XML, JSP, Servlets, Spring Framework, XSLT, HTML, CSS Perl, CGI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter and able to find issues and resolve them with limited direction
