As a devoted Wedding Planner, your core responsibility will involve adeptly coordinating, organizing, and guiding clients through every vital aspect of their wedding journey.
From booking to grand exit, your ultimate objective is to craft a flawless 5-star experience, guaranteeing the seamless execution of each event.
This key role operates under the direct supervision of the District Planning Manager.
Responsibilities:
Build solid connections with clients by truly understanding their desires, ensuring their wedding dreams become a reality in extraordinary venues.
Our goal is to turn dreams into tangible experiences.
Respond promptly to client inquiries--within 24 hours.
We prioritize quick and efficient service because who enjoys waiting? Collaborate with internal vendors to enhance the bridal experience, utilizing knowledge of our product offerings.
Stay informed about our products and impress clients with your knowledge.
We're the reliable source for all things fantastic in the wedding realm! Organize Planning Meetings, collect event details, and adhere to the sales process.
Complete CRM tasks promptly for diligent client account management, including payment and invoice management.
Lead wedding rehearsals for clients to prepare for the big day.
Act as the primary Wedding Planner on event days, ensuring a 5-star experience.
Attend required weekly meetings and efficiently schedule tasks.

DFW South District-Aristide Mansfield Hours:
Full-time.
Wedding Planners work on weekends, evenings, and holidays with meetings during the week
Experience:
Prior planning experience required, customer service experience required Education:
Required Wedding Planner Certification or equivalent Physical:
Lifting up to 15 lbs, and walking/standing 8-10 hours.
Other:
Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Behold the pay structure that will fuel your success, with a total compensation range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually:
Base Salary:
$40,000 to $50,000 Commission/Variable Pay:
