Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Superintendent to join our glass team.
As a Residential Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our field install crews.
In this role, candidate will be responsible for ensuring glass and materials needed for residential projects are received in good order and properly loaded for each day's work.
Candidate will also be responsible for assisting our field crews with any on-site challenges that may occur.
In addition, candidate will be required to measure for Frameless Showers, Framed Showers, IGU replacements, Replacement Windows, and Mirrors, when necessary.
Candidate must have experience in ordering material and/or providing quotes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PDF) is required.
Candidate must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a background check.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all on-site/field activities - Coordinate with Operations Manager and Office Manager to maintain project schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met - Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to company standards - Collaborate with office leadership and senior field leadership to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with Customers or Suppliers - Enforce safety standards in the shop and on job sites
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an installer in the Residential Glass industry.
Minimum 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of glazing processes, methods, and materials - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team - Familiarity with quality control procedures and practices - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
