Responsibilities:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow - Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues - Working in a medical office environment preferred, especially Pediatrics - Manage employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets - Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members - Assist in budgeting and financial management to meet profit goals
Experience:
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or similar role preferred - Bilingual skills (if applicable) to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with employee orientation and training processes - Ability to recruit, interview, and select qualified candidates for employment - Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles, experience with Quickbooks would be appreciated Note:
