We boast the #1 brand of pickles in the state of Texas and we strive to provide the highest quality to our consumers.
We grow our own cucumbers in West Texas and have processing facilities in Fort Worth.
This position will be responsible for overseeing all of the operations of our Tankyard throughout the course of the year.
General
Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading crew members on shipping and receiving of green and salt stock pickling cucumbers.
Ensures that all employees follow important safety and sanitation measurements.
Responsible for keeping track of the inventory of cucumbers and all related brining inputs.
Oversees the maintenance of all equipment and infrastructure within the grounds of the facility including but not limited to dock repair, plumbing, small motor and pump repair, and routine forklift and heavy machinery maintenance.
Monitors the brining process to ensure proper fermentation and quality product is being shipped.
Communicates effectively with the production facility on all quality and daily shipment needs.
Responsible for the implementation of innovative and cost-saving practices.
Ensures compliance with state and local regulatory standards.
