You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless BOPIS experience, assisting customers with order retrieval, resolving any issues or concerns, and maintaining a clean and organized pickup area.
This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Roles &
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers picking up their online orders, ensuring a positive and friendly experience.
Verify customer identification and order details to ensure accurate order retrieval.
Retrieve and prepare online orders for customer pickup, ensuring items are properly packaged and in excellent condition.
Resolve any customer inquiries, concerns, or issues related to their BOPIS orders in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and general store information.
Maintain a clean and organized BOPIS pickup area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
Process transactions and handle payment for any additional purchases made during the pickup process.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales goals, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Performs cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy.
Qualifications & Competencies:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
