The responsibilities of this role are as follows:
Answering incoming calls from potential clients and scheduling appointments for the attorney Assisting the attorney and the paralegal with all aspects of day-to-day tasks Efficiently managing the attorney calendar Preparing email correspondence and other legal documents Communicating with clients, court staff and opposing attorneys and their staff Filing, copying, labeling, and scanning Job Type:
