In this position, you'll report to the head of our Major Accounts Division and work alongside 3 others on your team.
You'll be assigned 3-7 of our larger regional Service accounts.
You'll be their single point of contact for Generator Service and Maintenance.
You'll work with Schedulers/Dispatchers in our local branches to make sure this work happens.
You will also ensure we are compliant with any special requirements these customers may need.
That might be managing approvals to making sure information is updated in Customer Portals.
You basically make sure the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed.
Ultimately making sure the Customer Experience meets their expectations.
This position will require you to be proficient in using a computer.
We're heavy users of Microsoft products like Outlook and Excel.
We will build on your computer skills, teaching you the specific processes we use in Microsoft GP, our ERP system.
Equally important to the individual position is the ability to be part of the Clifford Power team.
