is looking for an experienced Onboarding Assistant.
We are a small, retirement planning firm that is looking for the right person to help us level up.

years in an Administrative Assistant role Financial services experience is attractive, but not required Comfortable using Apple computers G-Suite, Microsoft Office Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Making phone calls with clients & to companies Calling companies for updates on applications Completing financial applications Making copies/scans Data Entry Supporting our advisors and directors as needed Other general office support Entering and maintaining internal records with accuracy This is a part-time role that would start at 20-25 hours/week with the potential to grow to full-time in the future.
Compensation starting at $15/hour.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
