Summary:

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors to the office with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients, visitors, and staff.
Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection policies.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in using office equipment, such as computers, printers, and telephone systems.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
Familiarity with title insurance or real estate industry is preferred but not required.
