Our Client Company is a renowned supplier of superior hand tools for professional tradesmen in construction, electronics, mining, and general industry, in addition to the electrical and telecommunications fields. They are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Mansfield, TX. The salary is 56K 69K dollars, annually, depending on experience. No relocation assistance is available.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist champions company-wide talent sourcing, from hourly manufacturing to executive level staff. Responsibilities include recruiting processes, programs, procedures, and policies for the company and, specifically, the Texas facility and its assigned staff, including recruitment, and compliance actions and reporting.
Requirements:
(Note: Only candidates with the following qualifications will be considered)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related business curriculum
- Five
years of recruiting experience
- PHR or SPHR certification (preferred)
- Knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations
- Clear understanding of the recruitment life cycle process
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, and adhere to established deadlines
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Experience with application tracking software (preferred)
